100% interchangeable with KSB OMEGA split casing double suction volute pump.

Design: Horizontal, Split-casing, and Double-suction centrifugal water pump. Double Volute casing is used to conteract the axial force due to high head to extend the serve lift time of bearng. Because of the short distance of two bearing, the shaft is shortened to avoid much vibration.. Closed and Circulated cooling system is applied within the sealing house.. The Shaft sleeve and O-ring are used to avoid any connection between the shaft and fluid.

Pumped Liguid: Thin, clean, non-aggressive and non-explosive liguids. Liguids should be free from large solid particles and fibres.

Shaft Seal: 1.       Gland Packing; lantern Ring is used for water sealing and lubrication of packing. 2.       Mechnical Seal: Standard:Carbon-Ceramic/Viton, Carbon-Sic/Viton optional. . .  

Flange:  DIN2501 (ISO7005.2 or GB/T 1724.6 PN1.6), Optional ANSI B16.5 Class 150lb.
